Americans kindly offer to take New Zealand’s guns

New Zealand are to stop selling guns to their own people, and the American public have bravely come forward to take the guns off their hands.

Americans have offered their own homes as a refuge for the weapons, promising to find families for all of New Zealand’s unwanted guns.

Texan, Peter Thape Jnr. has been quick to open his home to the abandoned firearms, offering up space in his children’s own gun cabinets.

‘We are a warm people. We offer our homes in these tough times,’ said Thape Jnr.

‘We will look after your weapons, and discharge them with honour,’ added Thape Jnr.
