A young child from Cumbria has realised that his mother’s threat of more significant action if she reaches the count of three actually just ends…with the number three.
For nearly three years, little Bobby Thape (4) from Kendal has been running off to tidy his room, picking up chocolate wrappers, and getting into the shower to the sound of his mother’s menacing count.
But in a recent stand-off over a piece of Lego , Bobby noticed his mother trying to conceal a giggle as she left the room having reached the number three for the first time.
‘There’s no number four, is there?’ asked little Bobby.
‘Tell the others, quickly! Spread the word! Spread the word!’ shouted Bobby.
