London’s terraced houses to cost less than £10 million each after Brexit

Londoners fear another property rush after The Bank of England announced that house prices could fall by 35% after Brexit.

Such a collapse would leave apartments and small houses within the reach of regular Londoners, whose average pay is around £850,000 a year.

Peter Thape (23) hands out nice smelling wet wipes to people who’ve just had a piss in a London bar, and he earns just over £900 an hour.

‘Less than ten mill for a terrace is a fackin bargain,’ said Thape, in a strong cockney accent.

‘I’ll probably get two, divide ‘em up into forty flats, and have 70 doorbells on the outside,’ added Thape.
