May puts promise of post-Brexit money on the side of a bus

Theresa May is to send a bus around the poorer parts of the UK, with the promise of big money written in big letters on the side.

May is hoping that the brilliant new idea may influence the public, and ultimately politicians, to back her plan to leave the EU.

May has defended criticism that the empty promise of money, that probably doesn’t even exist, amounts to a simple bribe.

‘I really hope my super plan works,’ said May.

‘Could the public be fooled by such a cheap gesture?’ she asked.
