A joiner working on a Barnsley building site was asked by two Asian plumbers what he proposes to do about hate crimes against Muslims.
White joiner, Peter Thape admitted that he did dislike people occasionally, ‘but that’s because they’re knobs, not ’cause of their colour,’ adding that he is happily married to a girl who was born in New Delhi.
Thape further denied accusations that radical Vicars disseminate hate talk, and that all white people attend training camps in Joseph Holt pubs.
‘I did go to church on Sunday, as it happens. Don’t remember hearing much hate talk,’ said Thape.
‘It was my niece’s Christening. The buffet was crap,’ added Thape.
