The Government is looking forward to kick-starting a new industry in earthquake survival and recovery after granting permission for fracking to commence in Lancashire today.
Experts will come over from Indonesia to initially advise the country about what to expect as a result of earthquakes, landslides, and subsequent tsunamis.
Government spokesman, Peter Thape believes that fracking could create real growth in the earthquake clearing vehicles sector, and associated industries.
‘Following the earthquakes, there’ll be re-building, re-housing, refugee parks – tents needed,’ said Thape.
‘Think of the jobs, the opportunities,’ added Thape.
