The head of Human Resources at ISIS has accepted that the Guantanamo Bay closure has forced the push for new recruits down a more traditional path.
Along with many other global Organisations, ISIS will attend this year’s university ‘milk round,’ which looks to employ some of the nation’s finest students. Peter al Thape-Shebab, who heads HR at the leading terror group, has peppered employment agencies, and head-hunters as he looks to make up the shortfall in membership.
‘Guantanamo closing has killed us. Normal Muslims used to look at the carry-on there, and join up by the dozen. The Americans have had us over again,’ said al Thape-Shebab.
‘Positions come with excellent training, accommodation, and a limited pension scheme,’ added al Thape-Shebab.
