Panda refused to go on flight with Margaret Thatcher

The newly-released National Archives’ files have revealed that a Giant Panda refused to share a flight to America with British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher.

The flight, which was bound for New York, also offered the opportunity for Prime Minister Thatcher to mate with American President, Ronald Reagan.

But the panda felt that Thatcher, who was in the process of changing society to a London-centric world of gluttony and self-interest, was a bad omen to have on board.

‘Yes, I’d heard that she wanted to come on board, but I didn’t particularly want her bloodied hands to spoil the beautiful upholstery,’ said the Giant Panda.

‘Thatcher, Thatcher, milk snatcher,’ added the Giant Panda.
