B & Q have had to limit customers to two tins of paint only, as everyone in the country is forced by self-isolation to decorate their home.
B & Q have set aside the first hour of each day for the elderly and NHS staff to buy paint as queues build outside the store.
Local paint brush owner, Peter Thape, was first in line at B & Q this morning after camping in the queue since Tuesday night.
‘Got my eye on a nice Satin mushroom white,’ said Thape.
‘Better not spill any; got no toilet roll,’ he added.
