Diet Coke to continue using topless models in adverts

Coca Cola have vowed to continue with their policy of using topless men in their Diet Coke advertising campaign.

The current advert features a group of giggling, frothing women encouraging a sweating gardener to strip naked to the waste.

But Coca Cola Chief, Murial Hislop has rebuked any criticism of sexism, claiming that the advert in reverse, using a female as an object of desire, would have been completely acceptable.

‘I’m fairly confident that an advert featuring a group of cheering men encouraging a female worker to strip naked would have been broadcast without complaint,’ claimed Hislop.

‘You’re taking it all too seriously. It’s all just a bit of harmless fun,’ added Hislop.
