The LGBTQ community have been criticised for excluding 21 of the alphabet’s letters from their abbreviation.
It has long been believed that the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) acronym is too short, and would benefit from another half dozen or so letters.
Local man, Peter Thape categorises his sexuality as straight, but likes to watch videos of two women (SBLTWVOTW) and wonders if his letters could be included in there somewhere.
‘I think it’s important for an acronym to take more than five minutes to say it,’ said Thape.
‘I remember when people just used to be ‘gay’,’ added Thape.
