Yes, you should. Immediately, unless you see that person wash their hands for two hours continuously straight afterwards.

The government has stepped up their reaction to the virus, by asking us to report anyone who touches their face, and then doesn’t immediately self-isolate.

Local face owner, Peter Thape, had an itch near his nose, and selfishly scratched it, without realising that his children had seen the whole thing.

‘The kids phoned 999, and I was taken away by the police,’ said Thape.

‘Just a reminder; if you see someone touch their hair, just call 111,’ he added.
