14 year-old Bobby Thape is being questioned by local police after allegedly raising his eyes from his phone to have a brief conversion with his father.

The exchange was spotted by a keen-eyed sibling, who immediately reported the freak moment to the authorities. Apparently, Bobby’s father had asked the teenager a question, and without delay, Bobby removed his headphones, stopped texting and simply replied in a non-aggressive manner. Bobby, who ultimately faces expulsion from the National Union of Teenagers, was in a rueful mood.

‘I’ve let myself, and all other teenagers down. It was a moment of weakness,’ said the 14 year-old.

‘It soon passed. I was very angry again, for absolutely no reason, a few minutes later,’ he added.
