City set to reappoint Pellegrini as manager

Manchester City have asked former trophy winning manager, Manuel Pellegrini if he might consider replacing Champions League failure, Pep Guardiola.

Pellegrini, who has been working on the shirt printing machine in City’s souvenir shop for the last 12 months, is thinking about taking back his old job.

But, Pellegrini is still feeling a little humiliated by City, who only allowed him to turn on the showers, and sell match day programmes after guaranteed European Cup winner, Guardiola became available.

‘At least we used to win the League when I was manager,’ said Pellegrini.

‘Turns out that Pep’s magical formula for winning the European Cup was having Messi, Iniesta and Xavi in his team,’ added Pellegrini.
